Salt Room Sessions ~ Halotherapy
Sessions start promptly at the top of every hour. Once the door closes, it will not be reopened. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled session time to complete paperwork (late arrivals must rebook). We will provide foot coverings for each person to help preserve the salt’s purity and if you prefer full darkness please feel free to bring an eye mask. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing to be as relaxed as possible and easy shoes to slip on and off. We do have space to hold your personal belonging; however, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged items.
The therapy itself is simple: sit back in our zero gravity chairs, relax while listening to soothing music. You will be breathing the salt air into your lungs, gaining healing effects of the salt on your skin.

***For the safety and comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow actively sick clients or children under the age of 5 in the salt room without speaking to us prior. ***
