The Wisdom of Fire Cider with Sacred Infusions Apothecary

Fire cider is a whole food tonic that has many medicinal benefits from immune boosting, and circulatory stimulant, to enhancing the gut microbiome. Did you know vinegar and honey have been formulated and dispensed by apothecaries since the Middle Ages? Was that because Hippocrates first recorded the medicinal uses of vinegar and honey? Students will sip herbal tea and enjoy an herbal infused snack while the herbalist discusses the origin and benefits of fire cider.
