"Stress and Anxiety" Herbal tonics and nervines. Students will sip herbal tea and enjoy an herbal infused snack as the herbalist discusses the differences between tonics and nervines, how to apply them, and how to chose the right tonic or nervine. Students will go home with class handouts with key information to continue learning outside of class, and students will also go home with their choice of 2oz of their choice of herb to make a tincture at home.
