About the event
Do you feel stuck or sluggish? Do you have a recurring pain, twinge, or issue that you can’t seem to move past? Is there something from your past that just won’t leave you alone?
Use your breath to connect with your body. Ground yourself and walk with me through the somatic release process. I hold space, energy, and light for you while you find and release stuck energy and unprocessed emotions that are no longer serving you and ready to be released.
