Reiki in the Salt Room

Join Malia for a 1 hour group reiki session in the salt room.

Combining salt therapy (halotherapy) and Reiki can create a powerful holistic healing experience. Salt therapy helps clear the respiratory system, improve skin health, and promote relaxation, while Reiki focuses on energy balance, stress relief, and emotional healing. When used together, the calming effects of the salt-infused air can enhance the body's receptivity to Reiki energy, making the session even more effective. Malia will also incorporate crystals, aromatherapy and sound healing during the session.
