Magical Mystical Kids Class

Join Ivy Wren as she creates a space for kids to learn about all things magical, mystical and mindful through artistic activities, movement and meditation. Each bi monthly session includes a short fun visualization and breathing exercises specifically for teaching children coping strategies for dealing with big emotions.
