In this group session you will learn how to tune in to your own energy and recognize when it is stuck, stagnant or overactive.

Your body is a sacred vessel for your spirit.

It tells you what you need and what you don’t, but we have not been taught to listen properly.

Too often we are given a quick fix option for healing or fixing a problem, but I am here to take you in to the deep dive that will usher you towards true self-awareness, and aid you in facing and releasing trauma wounds that do not serve you anymore.

The power of group energy helps to catalyze this push towards soul evolution even further and creates a safe support group, because you are not alone in your pain.
