Service Description

Improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress, all while laying back in a zero gravity chair relaxing to soothing music. Halotherapy is safe, healing and restorative with proven effective benefits for respiratory health and skin conditions. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to appointment time. All 40-minute salt room sessions start at the top of the hour and will need to be rescheduled if you arrive and people are already in the salt room.
